What you’ll do
You'll be responsible for onboarding and ongoing success of AI agents for top software companies (like Perplexity, Framer, Replit, and HeyGen). This includes:
- Thoroughly understanding support teams' processes
- Collaborating with engineers to build, test, and optimize AI agents
- Shaping the engineering roadmap based on customer requests
- Performing quality assurance on AI agent interactions
- Building and owning customer expansion roadmaps
