The Opportunity

Sitenna is seeking a high-performance, mid-level Account Executive ready to fast-track their sales career in one of the most impactful sectors of the next decade: digital and energy infrastructure. You'll be executing 3–5 mid-market contracts per quarter, collaborating directly with our CEO to build the commercial engine that will scale across industries like telecom, utilities, energy, and engineering.

This role isn't just a job - it's your launchpad into leadership. You'll start as an individual contributor with a clear path to building your own sales team and shaping Sitenna’s go-to-market strategy.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market clients.
  • Consistently deliver 3–5 new customer contracts per quarter.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders across key infrastructure verticals.
  • Craft tailored solutions leveraging Sitenna’s integrated SaaS platform for project management, lease and asset management, GIS-enabled decision-making, and more.
  • Report directly to the CEO and help define commercial playbooks and KPIs.
  • Lay the foundation for scaling a high-performance sales organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales (3–5 years), ideally in:
    • Project Management
    • Asset Management
    • GIS tools
    • Lease Management
  • Industry familiarity with telecoms, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or construction.
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive to outperform targets and scale fast.
  • Passion for infrastructure tech and an eagerness to shape how tomorrow’s technology gets deployed today.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
