We’ve developed machines to fully automate human cell production - the most manual process in Biotech. Cells are used to discover and develop new drugs, and now they're being cure diseases like Parkinson’s and age-related blindness. Mytos will impact cure development across the board.
We're live in multibillion dollar biotechs on both coasts of the US, and raised $19m to expand into the market faster, and accelerate our development! Next year, neurons grown on our machines will be going into Parkinson patient brains.

The Role
We’re looking for a smart, analytical BizOps Associate to accelerate us towards our mission. You will support the operational backbone of Mytos and directly support the Chief of Staff with execution of Mytos’ most important operational and strategic projects, spanning Finance, Recruiting, new product areas, and Operations. You’ll get to collaborate with our advisors, such as former CFO of Revolut, Head of Technical Recruiting at Monzo, COO of GoCardless, and former Director of Manufacturing at Apple.
This unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal. Expect to be surrounded by amazing colleagues and have high autonomy in how you go about making your mark.
What you'll be doing
- Solve high-priority operational challenges to directly support Mytos in achieving strategic company goals.
- Own Mytos' daily operations across admin, finance, and people processes, keeping the business running smoothly.
- Support strategic initiatives such as grant applications, major conferences, office moves, and market expansion analysis.
- Establish dashboards to deliver operational, financial, and HR insights for strategic decision-making.
- Act as a culture champion, organising team events, improving engagement, and fostering a vibrant workplace.
Who you are
- 1+ year post-university experience in operations, finance, or administration, ideally at a fast-paced startup.
- Exceptionally organised self-starter who independently improves processes.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to quickly synthesise qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong communicator who works well across teams, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
- Proven track record managing multiple simultaneous projects effectively.
- Proactive problem solver, driving efficiencies and removing growth barriers.
Nice to have
- Have a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognised university
