Job Description
We are looking for a strategy-minded finance expert to set best in class financial practices, weigh in on strategic decisions, and ensure smooth scaling of internal operations. You will work closely with the founders to provide financial insight for key decisions, fundraising, and daily business operations.
Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years in a finance/internal ops role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Experience creating robust financial models including revenue forecasts, margin calculations, and budgets
- Experience handling HR, accounting, and/or internal operations
- Experience negotiating contracts
- A bias for action and scrappiness
- Ability to distill important information from customer conversations
- High empathy and a knack for relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excited to work 5 days a week from our NY office
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain financial models for revenue, gross margin, and expense tracking
- Provide financial input to the founders into key strategy decisions, fundraising efforts, and more
- Oversee all aspects of HR, tax, and bookkeeping
- Implement scalable processes for AP & AR
