We’re a post-PMF B2B startup with ARR growing exponentially every month. With increasing number of customers and usage exploding, we’re looking for a great full stack engineer to join our engineering team. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services.
We’re a remote team that’s looking to build our teams in San Francisco (CA), and Tempe (AZ) locations. This will be initially a remote role, but will be in-person role in 3-6 months (3-4 times a week in office).
We’re hiring multiple Fullstack Engineers, across levels of seniority.
Skills & experience we're looking for:
- Design conscious; we expect you to have a deep interest in creating highly polished and delightful UX.
- Built apps in production with React / Ruby on Rails.
- 4+ years of cumulative experience shipping end-to-end products (frontend and backend/API).
- Naturally curious and willing to learn new things.
Bonus if:
- You can think from customer’s perspective and iterate extremely quickly.
- You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go the distance to get the job done.
- You've directly worked with a founder before.
