We're looking for our first “Enterprise Account Manager” at Storylane!
Storylane has been crushing it since we launched in 2021 (3.5x revenue growth in 2023, 2.5x in 2024). We've got Gong, Amazon, NASDAQ, and other major players using our demo automation platform. We have captured the love of some of the biggest enterprises in B2B SaaS with over 3000 companies using Storylane to automate Demos and drive Product-led growth.
As one of the first Enterprise Account hires, you'll work with our customers like Amazon, Microsoft, and Autodesk. You’ll have touchpoints in establishing ROI, account expansion, reducing churn and pushing Storylane adoption across their organization.
You’ll collaborate with Storylane founders, AEs and our CS team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts
- Own both growth and retention metrics for a enterprise accounts
- Rallying internal resources to achieve and exceed client expectations
- Maximize revenue and reduce churn with enterprises
- Meet and exceed your NRR growth goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue
- Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics and annual quota
- Stay current on our clients' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership
Who Are You
- 2+ years of expertise as Enterprise Account Manager in B2B SaaS
- Hunger to grow, ability to take critical feedback and work closely with founders
- Prior CS and / or AE experience in B2B SaaS is a must
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions
- Takes ownership of problems and proactively seeks timely resolution
- Passion for Storylane and a strong motivation to maximize revenue and impact on the business
- Drive and willingness to exceed expectations with a strong work ethic
