Go-to-Market/ Growth Software Engineer

About the role:

We're seeking a technical professional with a software engineering background, specializing in Growth and Go-to-market. You'll focus on scaling customer acquisition by developing AI solutions—including tools, automation workflows, and AI platforms—to: 1) generate high-quality marketing content, 2) support sales outreach, and 3) enhance customer onboarding.

In this role you will:

• Set up AI automation workflows for outbound campaigns to support customer acquisition
  • Automate account sourcing and tiering/prioritization
  • Implement automated contact sourcing
  • Develop vertical and persona-specific messaging for AI
  • Create AI-powered email sequences based on persona messaging and signals
  • Develop AI-assisted call preparation materials
• Set up AI automation workflows for inbound leads to support customer activation
• Create AI pipelines for generating quality marketing content (social media, blog posts)
  • Develop scripts that process AI and data news to generate high-quality blog articles and social media posts
  • Ensure content quality through human oversight
  • Leverage Dot to analyze data and create content
  • Distribute content across social media platforms: LinkedIn, X, Reddit
• Work on go-to-market project experiments, including building referral sites

Your success will be measured by two main metrics:

• Opportunity pipeline creation of 1.5M ARR (measured by registrations in our target market and booked calls)
• Website traffic (measured by engagement with content that drives traffic to our landing page)

Who we are looking for:

• Technical profile: You have experience building web applications and are familiar with LLM APIs. You can program in at least one programming language—ideally Python.
• Experience with data: You're comfortable working with data and ideally have analytics experience. You can transform complex datasets into clear, actionable stories for content marketing. You know how to measure and optimize your work using data.
• Results-driven achiever: You understand that all activities serve one clear goal—generating revenue. You measure success through results and have a strong bias toward execution, testing, and iteration to optimize outcomes.
• Fast learner: You're a quick thinker who eagerly tackles new tools and technologies to get the job done.
• Growth mindset and process expert: You have a keen eye for inefficiencies and can transform chaotic workflows into streamlined operations.

Compensation:

Min $1,800 USD/month base salary + variable compensation up to $24,000 USD/year based on yearly new revenue.
