The Role
As a Brand Account Executive at Peeba, you will be the driving force behind building relationships with new brands and bringing them onto our platform. You will identify the right partners, introduce them to Peeba, and guide them through the onboarding process. This role requires passion for empowering brands, adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, and a willingness to work night shifts to align with our global partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and Engage Brands: Research, identify, and reach out to brands that align with Peeba’s curated product offerings and fit well with our retailer network.
- Pitch and Onboard: Communicate the value of Peeba to potential brand partners, conduct introductory meetings, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with brands, serving as their primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful brand launch on Peeba.
- Track Performance: Monitor the performance of brands on Peeba, gather feedback, and work with brands to optimize their product listings, promotional activities, and growth strategies.
- Meet Sales Targets: Drive growth by signing new brands to Peeba and ensuring they are engaged, successful, and active participants on the platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to help refine Peeba’s platform and enhance the experience for brands.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, account management, or partnerships, ideally within a startup, B2B, or e-commerce environment.
- Relationship Builder: You have a natural talent for understanding brand needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Effective Communicator: You excel in conveying ideas clearly in English, both in writing and over calls.
- Organized and Proactive: You possess strong time management skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Data-Driven: You understand the importance of metrics and use data to drive your strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with technology and quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
- Self-Starter: You are capable of working independently, taking initiative, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
