About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Generalist to join our growing GTM team. This role will report to the Head of GTM Operations and be instrumental in building scalable processes, supporting GTM initiatives, and driving meaningful results.
This is a fluid role with leadership potential for someone eager to wear many hats and learn the business of startups. We're looking for doers, action-takers, and people willing and eager to put in the reps needed to learn new skills.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be executing all go-to-market back-office work. This includes:
Sales and Business Enablement
- Support customer success through managing new customer onboarding, integrations, customer listening, and CRM management
- Craft compelling presentations to support sales and partnerships
- Prepare customer quotes and agreements
- Assist sales team with lead generation and weekly GTM metrics
Marketing
- Own public relations and marketing efforts for ongoing initiatives
- Execute demand generation strategies – including managing and growing our social media presence, trade show strategy, and nurture campaigns
Operations
- Own GTM operations – decide the right strategy and motions to fit company needs
- Build, manage, and scale our systems to ensure that we are meeting our goals

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a highly cross-functional or operational role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools project management software and/or eager to learn more
- Available to work three days a week at our office in Redwood City, CA
- SQL familiarity (Nice to have)
