We are looking for an ambitious and driven Operations Generalist to join our growing team. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, has a knack for problem-solving, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally and play a critical role in supporting business development, go-to-market strategies, customer success, and more. If you love taking the initiative to build processes, enhance communications, and make a real impact, this role is for you.
What You Will be Doing:
As a startup, this will be a fluid role for someone eager to wear many hats and learn all the business parts of a startup and be right in the action learning while doing. We're looking for doers, action-takers, and people willing and eager to put the reps in needed to learn new skills. Initial areas of focus will include:

Customer Success
- Making sure our customers are getting the best experience with our product, and filling in where needed to assist with QBRs, presentations, etc.
- Answering customer inquiries swiftly, and building up systems to pre-empt and offload requests

Business Development
- When needed, helping with strategic partnership calls and other business dev needs

Marketing
- When needed, helping with PR and marketing launches of new products, social media, etc.

Recruiting
- Sourcing and managing employees and contractors, as needed, to help continue to grow our team
- Establish and manage ongoing processes and help maintain our strong company culture as we scale

Processes
- Manage various pipelines to ensure that we are meeting our SLAs and goals
Job requirements
- 5+ years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role
- Strong sense of urgency
- LOVES a fast-paced environment where there's a lot to do and a lot to learn
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities
- Extremely organized, process and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills - highly responsive, communicates succinctly and clearly
- Available to work full-time in our office in Redwood City
Nice-to-haves:
- Industrial engineering degree
- Experience reviewing commercial/legal agreements
