Responsibilities

We are looking for an entrepreneurial UI/UX leader to spearhead our AI-first UX Design efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join an early-stage company and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, alongside successful founders and sharp minds in AI and enterprise tech. • Pioneer the UI/UX efforts: Own and drive the UI/UX work for Inventive, and pioneer the best UI/UX in the industry around AI Agents.
• Partner with clients: work closely with clients to deeply understand their needs and set a design strategy and goals for the team.
• Iteration & improvements: regularly lead UX audits, identify areas of friction, and opportunities, and produce dev-ready designs & prototypes.
• Be a thought leader: push the UX boundaries in this new age of AI-first products.
• Own & iterate on the design system & branding: Help with other branding work as it comes up (website design, deck refinement, etc.).

Traits Of The Ideal Candidate

The best candidates will have the following traits as highlighted in this post. We highly recommend reading through this to evaluate if this role might be for you. Some of the key elements are:

• A leader who can push the boundaries in AI-first UI/UX
• 10+ years of UI/UX experience with at least 1-2 years with AI-first product
• You operate with scale in mind while designing systems.
• You have worked at a startup or have a really strong inclination to do so
