What You’ll Be Doing

Help us grow Keye by getting customers and driving revenue!

You’ll be at the forefront of our sales and growth engine, working directly with the founders to identify and reach the people who need our product. From curating leads to closing deals, you’ll play a key role in driving Keye’s success.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Research and Build: Understand the private equity landscape, create curated lead lists, and identify the best opportunities.
  • Lead Outbound Campaigns: Design and manage personalized sales outreach campaigns that resonate with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with Marketing and founders to uncover new sales channels and refine our approach.
  • Master CRM Systems: Build, maintain, and optimize our customer relationship processes while staying in touch with prospective clients.
  • Learn and Grow: Start by generating leads, then grow into a full-cycle sales professional. We believe in giving you opportunities to expand your skills and take on more responsibility.
  • Close Deals: Ultimately, help us close deals and make a meaningful impact on our top-line growth.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with passion, grit, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Here’s what sets you apart:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’ll be our first non-technical hire, working closely with the founders. You’re bold, willing to experiment, and ready to fail fast and learn faster.
  • Experience: You have 1+ year of experience in a sales or growth role and a proven ability to make things happen. Show us how you’ve convinced someone or achieved something others thought wasn’t possible. You don’t just think outside the box—you thrive there.
  • Creative + Analytical: You’re equally comfortable brainstorming big ideas and A/B testing ideas quickly.
  • You thrive on achieving goals, closing deals, and celebrating wins. ** This is not a 9-5 job!
