💻 What we’re Looking For:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of innovative financial solutions at our fast-growing startup. This role offers the exciting opportunity to define product vision, strategy, and execution, delivering exceptional user experiences and driving key areas of our product roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of revenue operations and contributing to our rapid scaling.
💪 What you’ll do:
- Product Strategy, Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific product areas, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams throughout the product development lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, aligning priorities, and managing expectations to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Customer-Centric Development: Engage with customers to gather insights and understand pain points, translating them into actionable product features. Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and direct interaction.
- Execution and Delivery: Drive product development processes, from ideation to launch, using Agile methodologies. Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics. Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, iterating as necessary to meet KPIs.
- Product Launch & Iteration: Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategy and execution. Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Metrics & Analysis: Define and track key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
🕵️♀️ Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment in fintech, or related industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
➕ We’re Particularly Interested In People Who Have:
- Experience with financial automation, revenue operations, fintech, or financial software is a plus.
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
