Full-Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us build a world-class telemedicine platform tackling chronic conditions like obesity. At Measured, we are passionate about providing affordable and accessible care to help people live happier and healthier lives.

What You'll Do:

• Front-End Development:
  • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies (Nuxt.js, Vue.js, TypeScript).
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Back-End Development:
  • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through effective database design and implementation.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality.
• Deployment and Operations:
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Vercel, and Heroku.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
• Collaboration and Optimization:
  • Work closely with the operations and product teams to optimize workflow and maximize care quality and delivery time.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to maintain high-quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on front-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Nuxt.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies like Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, and Heroku.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the NYC area.
