Reducto’s customers now process tens of millions of pages per month, and we’re hiring a Founding Recruiter to help us scale the team to meet demand. As the Founding Recruiter you’ll work directly with the founders to build out our recruiting pipeline. That includes everything from sourcing to onboarding.

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, and a track record of sourcing exceptional people.
- Are scrappy, resourceful, and tenacious. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple pipelines across all stages.
- Have a high bar for candidate experience.
- Have excellent communication skills. You'll help close competitive candidates and need to be a voice for the company.
