As an early go-to-market (GTM) Account Executive for Zensors, you will have the rare opportunity to influence the strategy of our nascent go-to-market team. You’ll be responsible for partnering with our highest potential retailers and airports to understand their needs and determine what it takes to help them unlock greater usage of Zensors in their respective organizations. You will represent the ‘voice of the customer’ internally at Zensors, and have an opportunity to influence the direction of our product.
We are looking for a strong Account Executive who can find business opportunities and manage customer relationships in a complex purchasing cycle. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction and eventually create the go-to-market playbooks that will ultimately be utilized by future sales hires as we shift our focus from early customers to scaling revenue
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals
and quotas.
- Evangelizing Zensors Enterprise products to new customers.
- Reaching out to new trials/users within customers to expand use cases and drive more revenue.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal.
- Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Demo/ present products to prospective clients.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Ability to run full cycle complex enterprise sales
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
