About the Role:
As a Product Engineer, you'll take full ownership of delivering key features and templates that are integral to our platform. By actively listening to our users – scientists using our platform daily – you’ll help shape the product roadmap and contribute to its continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of core product features and drive them from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement new platform capabilities
- Gather feedback directly from scientists to improve existing features and prioritize new ones
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Occasionally travel to meet customers across Europe and the US, providing hands-on support when necessary
Requirements:
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Humility, adaptability, and a willingness to collaborate closely with others
- Experience working with or understanding scientific research and data analytics
- STEM degrees strongly preferred
- Bonus: Familiarity with our tech stack: Node.js, Postgres, GraphQL, React.js (bonus but not required)
