We're seeking talented individuals based in the US or Latin America who are excited about the nomadic lifestyle and ideally have experience as digital nomads to join our remote team across various roles, from engineering to marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Architect & Build the Core Platform: Take ownership of the Blaze app’s technical stack, working with React Native, Expo, and other tools to create a scalable, mobile-first product.

Define Technical Vision: As a founding team member, work closely with the founders to set the engineering direction, make architectural decisions, and lay the groundwork for Blaze’s future growth.

Lead Development: Build and launch new features, address technical challenges, and continuously improve Blaze’s performance, security, and reliability.

Grow the Tech Team: Play an active role in recruiting and mentoring other engineers as Blaze expands.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align technical execution with business goals, ensuring Blaze meets the needs of our digital nomad and expat users.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on React Native and Expo (experience with mobile-first products is a plus).
- Ability to handle the demands of an early-stage startup, including problem-solving, adaptability, and autonomy.
- A passion for building products that make a real difference in people’s lives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to have a significant impact on a growing company.
- Bonus: Experience in the fintech space or with building scalable, secure platforms.
