Garage is a venture backed startup modernizing the way equipment is bought and sold – starting with firefighting equipment and trucks.
We’re funded by leading investors including Y Combinator (YC W24) and have been growing quickly!
As part of our close-knit team, you’ll be one of the first 10 employees to join alongside the founders. You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities and play a key role in our next stages of growth.
In this role, you will:
- Growth [50%]
- Partner with the co-founders and growth team to generate pipeline and enhance business development efforts
- Continuously learn from challenges, peers, and industry trends to innovate sales strategies
- Contribute to launching new products, verticals, and developing meaningful partnerships
- Operations [50%]
- Assist in key administrative tasks including vendor management and new systems integrations
- Manage customer success and ensuring a smooth platform experience for all users
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with current and future customers
About You:
- Resilient, creative, and tenacious in pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions in an effective manner
- Proficient in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- You move fast, and have an ownership mentality
- You have 1+ years of experience in sales, investment banking, consulting, or other relevant field

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
