As we continue to expand rapidly and onboard new clients, we’re seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our team and drive exceptional support for our Agent+ customers.
Your Responsibilities
Overview:
Tempo is seeking a talented product manager with a founder mindset to play a key role in our fast-growing startup. We believe software will be built 10x faster by combining AI agents with collaborative tools, and our platform is turning that vision into reality. This is an opportunity to join us early as we scale. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for Agent+ customers, ensuring their needs are met seamlessly. You’ll work closely with customers, designers, and developers to deliver on requirements and timelines, translating feedback into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Success and Relationship Management:
- Own and manage relationships with around 25 client accounts, ensuring consistent and valuable service delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, understand client needs, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience with Tempo Agent+.
- Product Strategy & Feature Prioritization:
- Lead client product strategy discussions to shape the Tempo Agent+ feature roadmap based on client needs, industry trends, and AI-driven insights.
- Prioritize and oversee feature requests, collaborating with design and development teams to ensure client specifications are met within turnaround times.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Partner closely with design, development, and AI teams to coordinate feature development and ensure quality and speed.
- Use tools like Trello, GitHub, and Slack to facilitate communication and ensure a streamlined delivery process for each client’s projects.
- Quality Control and Client Feedback Loop:
- Facilitate feature reviews and gather client feedback, iterating and refining features based on input to ensure satisfaction.
- Work with the QA team to verify that all features are production-ready and align with client specifications and quality standards.
Looking for Someone Who
- Professional experience in product management or customer success, with over 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about collaborating with designers and developers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Bonus Points If You
- Candidates with experience in SaaS or AI-driven products.
- A background in UX/UI design or a solid understanding of design processes.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Basic technical skills, such as an understanding of software development processes.
