Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement petabyte scale geospatial data pipelines, capable of processing large multi-modal heterogeneous volumes of data relevant for the weather and climate domain.
- Design and optimize schemas to handle gridded data, time-series, and satellite imagery.
- Implement robust data validation, indexing, and search capabilities across multidimensional geospatial data sources.
- Streamline the ingestion and preprocessing of data for our foundation models.
- Design fault-tolerant systems for ingesting, storing, and managing forecast data with high refresh rates.
