Work you'll do
• Analyse the business domain
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyse, and evaluate information from multiple sources
• Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
• Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements
• Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
• Communicate key insights and findings to the team
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematical or technical field (or higher)
• At least 2 years of relevant BA experience
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of management tools working with scrum boards, Jira, Trello etc.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical and documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesising skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills in Georgian, English and Russian languages.
