Role Overview: Enterprise Sales Leader (NYC)
As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth within the enterprise segment. This is a key sales role, requiring a highly strategic and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our market positioning, product offerings, and customer engagement are optimized for success in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a robust enterprise sales strategy focused on driving significant revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on key market opportunities to expand our enterprise footprint.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
Enterprise Revenue Growth:
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets, driving year-over-year growth within the enterprise segment.
- Engage directly with key enterprise accounts to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure all sales strategies are closely aligned with broader business objectives and revenue targets.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the enterprise sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Implement effective forecasting and reporting mechanisms to track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership or go-to-market strategy roles, with a strong preference for candidates with direct enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with multiple $250K+ deals closed over the past 12 months.
- Demonstrated success in closing $1M+ deals in the past 24 months.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in frontier technology, corporate travel software, or related fields.
- Background in top-tier consulting, enterprise sales, or tier 1 investment banking.
