POSITION SUMMARY   

*This role is a 3 month contract. 

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES **   

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to measure and deliver quality assessment while eliminating bias 
  • Provide guidance across our teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers 
  • Build candidate pipelines and talent networks across roles to help identify best-in-class talent  
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates with a clean hand-off to Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
  • Manage and communicate accurate reporting​ as per the determined cadence 
  • Hyper focus on a disciplined process that provides a positive candidate experience ​ 
  • Lead all recruitment cycles aligned with company commitments and practices

**EXPERIENCE **   

  • 2+ years recruitment experience
  • Experience working with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience recruiting roles within GTM orgs at a B2B SaaS organization preferred
