About CoreCare

CoreCare is a fast-growing, Y Combinator venture-backed startup revolutionizing how healthcare organizations in the post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) industry accomplish their most important work. Our mission is simple - we’re building the most impactful healthcare technology company in the PALTC industry that enables organizations to (a) eliminate unnecessary administrative complexity, (b) consistently drive accurate and timely reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care, and (c) focus the maximum amount of time, attention and resources on providing quality patient care.

CoreCare has successfully introduced responsible and secure AI-powered technology to an industry that mostly runs on paper and manually built Excel spreadsheets. Our technology has saved teams countless hours through workflow automation, unlocked unprecedented tracking and collaboration between teams, and driven measurable improvements to key financial metrics. CoreCare has taken what used to be overwhelming and impossible work and has made it simple and fun, all without adding a single spreadsheet or piece of paper.

CoreCare is backed by Y Combinator, Primetime Partners, FundersClub, Goat Capital, and Liquid 2 Ventures and is the trusted platform of record for over 1,000 facilities nationwide.

We invite you to join us in building the future of work for PALTC.
