About Yuma:
Yuma is building Autonomous AI Agents dedicated to customer support and e-commerce. We have a fairly advanced platform supporting more than a hundred paying customers. Our agents are powered by knowledge and processes. They take actions and fetch external information from eternal apps as needed.
Our top merchants are automating up to 60% of their support tickets through Yuma.
Yuma was founded by Guillaume Luccisano, a 3rd time YC founder.
Role Overview
We are still a small team of 6 engineers, but we are moving quickly! Iteration speed is key. We have built a lot over the past year, but there is still so much to do… And clearly, we could benefit tremendously from a product-minded UI/UX designer! Engineers are clearly not designers :)
Our tech is getting really good, but we could do so much better at showcasing it and at helping every single one of our users leverage it. That’s where you come in. We have a fairly large app to configure, build, and monitor Autonomous AI Agents that could benefit from a big refresh and just more overall thoughts around the whole user experience.
As a startup, even if we want you to focus primarily on the product, we will also have design needs throughout: deck, ads, one-pager, branding, etc.
About You:
You have previously led product design from scratch at a startup, and you always strive for excellence. You are pragmatic and can handle the ambiguity of a complex product. Nothing is more satisfying to you than transforming complexity into clean and beautiful UI/UX to delight your customers.

Location
We are preferably looking for people based in the Boston, MA area. Remote is also OK, but only in North America and Europe.
