About the Role

Windsor is hiring a self-starter to partner with our CEO on growth and operations . This is an opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth startup and to have a direct impact on multiple parts of the business. In this role you’ll partner with our CEO on a number of special projects related to how Windsor grows, operates, and scales, from Growth to Marketing to Sales to Operations. This is a great opportunity if you want to eventually become a COO or start a business of your own.

You will report directly to our CEO and have the autonomy to run experiments and make decisions. You'll be responsible for reporting on progress towards your goals in weekly meetings with the leadership team.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Establish a repeatable outbound GTM motion. Run automated outbound experiments to identify market segments and see where we have strong customer fit.
  • Lead development, implementation and prioritization of demand generation and strategy, including automated nurture, drip, and other marketing emails and publications, SEO, social and website content
  • Write the customer adoption and expansion playbook at Windsor. Identify what USPs affect demand-gen and the full cycle sales process, and also identify blockers that exist for current customers to expand their usage across use cases within their business.
  • Maintain healthy revenue operations including building a disciplined marketing/social calendar, CRM process, sales and onboarding SOPs, mutual action plans, contract templates, rev-share tracking, etc.
  • Owning the customer journey and success for the few months following a sale to help better inform the sales process and to help build out the customer success team
  • Start the Windsor partnership program to help drive acquisition from agencies and other vendors in our target market
  • Plus any other high-leverage projects you identify that will help drive growth at Windsor.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • If living in the US, prior US work authorization is required - we can transfer existing H-1B or similar visas on a case by case basis
  • You can work from anywhere in North America
  • You have some experience with atleast one of demand generations; sales; customer success; product marketing; brand, digital, or growth marketing; data science; growth; business development; or content marketing
  • You have worked on or are actively working on side projects outside your primary job. Your side project does not need to be limited to your expertise whatsoever

Nice to haves

  • Have experience with 3 or more of the skills listed above
  • Have experience with content marketing and development
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to move quickly and efficiently amongst competing roles and priorities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver and own outcomes
