About The Role

Head of Sales for a city is an integral role in the growth of the organization and would be an independent role in the city designated, and leading the growth & expansion of the business. The role would be responsible for further setting targets within his team and producing monthly forecasts aligned to the budget provided, and sharing monthly performance reports. The role would be responsible for the health & check on satisfaction levels among the onboarded clients and be the front support from all aspects of business and ensure smooth continuity.

Role & Responsibilities

Achieving Growth & Sales Targets through people management, performance review, reward & individual recognition.

Design & implement the strategic plan for achieving the business plan, also through research.

Ensure to achieve a strong presence in the city through expansion from satisfied clients.

Regular meet with potential & existing clients to determine future needs.

Be abreast with current & future trends including of competitors, to identify improvements.

Managing clients individually to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, and contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, and troubleshooting.

Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team

Experience & Qualification

Hotel Management Graduate/ MBA from a premier institute.

Minimum of 7 - 10 years of Experience in Restaurant Management / Sales / Software Sales.

Must have successfully handled a business of over INR 20 Crores or USD 250K.
