Cohort Operations Associate

• We are looking for a Cohort Operations Intern who will work with our Cohort Operations Manager (Leah Nicolai) to coordinate cohort deliver).

ScholarSite is looking for a Cohort Operations Associate who would help with the day-to-day delivery of our world-clase live cohort-based courses.

You will assist in executing three delivery stages...

_ Pre-Cohort: _

• Assist with setup to ensure smooth and seamless execution for instructors and learners before the cohort begins

• Finalize learner login and monitor portal activity

• Run through Zoom set up with instructors

_ During-Cohort: _

• Be point-of-contact for learners and instructors

• Foster a learner community within each cohort

• Manage questions and events/interactions outside of live sessions

Post-Cohort:

• Assist in managing communication in the alumni network

• Generate cohort certificates
