Business Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment of cooperation with international/domestic biopharmaceutical companies
• Collect and analyze innovative targets, products, disease areas, technology platforms, and company competition information related to antibodies/ADCs, including the latest domestic and international research and development progress, related investments and BD transactions, and industry landscape
• Establish a system of potential domestic and international partners (in/out) to support systematic access to target companies
• Maintain communication with internal R&D department, support R&D strategy formulation and project approval through pipeline progress and analysis of competitive landscape
• Support company business plan update, financing, and communication with existing shareholders
• BD project evaluation, support project due diligence and negotiation

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or above related to biology/medicine
• More than 5 years of experience in drug research and development, consulting, investment banking, and investment, with experience in tumor and antibody treatment fields, and foreign company experience is preferred;
• CET-6 is preferred, fluent in oral English, and strong written communication skills
• Have strong research, analysis, and expression skills on targets, products, and company data/information, and be familiar with database usage
• PPT, Excel proficiency is high
