Project Manager

Requirements:

- Level: Junior (Fresh graduate/ below than or equal to 3 years experience), Associate (3 years – 5 years experience), Senior (5 years – 7 years experience)
- female
- Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System, or related field.
- Have a project application knowledge
- Strong leadership to manage project team
- Good negotiation skills and analytical problem-solving skill
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Having good self-motivation, fast learner, able to work as a team
- Willing to work extended hours/holiday/weekend to meet project requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork player

Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements and prepare a budget
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
