HR Recruiter Freelance

Minimum Requirements:

• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent in data inquiry using interview method
• Highly motivated to learn new things
• In-depth computer literacy with capability in email, Ms. Office, Google Docs, and related HR Software
• A good understanding of HR laws, policies, procedures, and best practices especially in startups company is a plus
• High organizational skills; attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work in the multicultural and fast-changing work environment
• Willing under 6 months contract (freelance based)
• Performance-based monitoring
