The Job
In this role, you will be part of the User Experience and Conversion Optimisation team, bringing designs to life and solving clients' digital problems.
You will be responsible for :
Writing code for A/B tests or website built on CMS' such as WordPress or Shopify.
Working closely with UX Researchers & Designers to understand clients' business problems and offering solutions
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for consideration.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents when required.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing.
Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analysing results.
Implementing development standards and controls, especially for QA processes internally and for client QA.
Providing CMS training for clients as part of the hand over process to clients.
Cultivating & maintaining client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and surpassing client expectations.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience in a Frontend or Full Stack development capacity.
You possess exceptionally strong knowledge of HTML, HTML5/CSS, Java, Javascript, JQUERY, JSON, PHP, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
You have good knowledge of Cloud Databases (eg. AWS, Azure)
Experience with Node.JS, React, Vue or Angular preferred but not essential.
You have proven experience building full custom WordPress websites.
You ideally have experience with eCommerce CMS platforms such as Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce
Experience within Mobile Developer, Mobile Analytics Solutions (Heap, Google/ Firebase Analytics), Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Web Technologies & Internet Protocols (SOAP, WS-*, ReST, XML, HTTP, TCP/IP), would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, especially client expectations.

You are highly goal driven and are able to manage your own time, balancing multiple projects at once.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
