You will be responsible for :
Managing expansion into new marketplaces and leading features for clients in Japan.
Executing GTM strategy, developing sales processes and identifying improvements, to achieve sales goals and maintain profitability
Reporting to Business Ops, Sales Director & VP Sales
Conducting sales team meetings and leading the Sales team towards exceeding targets
Researching and generating leads for Commercial Partnership opportunties
Having an in-dept understanding of market- and category-specific trends
Ensuring sales pipelines is healthy and reviewing systems and processes to enhance success of sales function
Providing timely and effective solutions according to clients needs
Ensuring marketing collaterals are consistent with brand voice
Ensuring the sales team is kept updated on product launches
Providing quarterly/monthly sales forecasts and business performance reports
You have at least 4 years experience in a Country Manager, General Management or similar role
You have excellent interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English to liaise with clients and internal teams based out of Japan.
You have proven record of delivering world-class customer service
You have strong judgement and creative problem solving skills
You have a passion for people and culture
You have strong analytical and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and multitask
You have strong leadership qualities and show patience and professionalism
