Our client is a leading agency that is disrupting the esports landscape in the region. Backed by VCs, they are well connected in the industry and have a team that is highly experienced, wildly creative to take brands to the next level.
In this role, you will be defining and managing expansion efforts into new marketplaces and lead features for local clients. You will be responsible for prioritising tasks, solving problems and translating needs into business. You will be a key stakeholder in developing sales processes to drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements as required.
You will be responsible for :
Creating plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals, ensuring and maintaining profitability of the company
Being involved in the development and implementation of country-specific go to market strategy
Running sales team meetings and reporting to the International Business Ops, Sales Director and VP of Sales
Generating leads and developing prospects for Commercial Partnership opportunities
Understanding and providing category-specific landscapes and trends as well as reporting market-specific insights
Leading a team of Sales Executives and guiding them to reach their targets while ensuring sales pipeline health and hygiene
Developing infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
Leading multifunctional work with different business teams
Performing research and identifying new potential customers and new market opportunities
Providing timely and effective solutions that is aligned with clients’ needs
Liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Keeping abreast of new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board
Setting requirements, timelines and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.
You have at least 5 years experience within a Country Head or B2B sales/ account management role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts
Prior experience in Content Development & Management and Community Management would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are highly analytical and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
