You will be responsible for performing and managing all commercial sales activities with sole focus on sales goals in given timeframes. You will be working on prioritizing and delegating sales tasks to junior sales professionals and creating specific budgets with strict deadlines. You will also be looking into setting productivity targets and mentoring sales team to achieve and exceed those targets.
You possess a Bachelor's in Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Management or a related field and have at least 5 years experience within a commercial sales role, preferably with a few years in EdTech industry.
You can mentor a sales team and delegate activity targets and revenue goals in an orderly fashion while conducting regular performance reviews.
You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good decision-making abilities along with relationship management skills is a must.
You have a knack for forging strong client relationships with existing client base and building new ones with ease.
You will be driving our commercial sales team and will be a single point of contact for the management.
