2023 Summer Internship -- Embedded Software Automation

At Overview, we are build a computer vision platform to state of the art deep learning to the manufacturing industry. Deploying highly reliable smart cameras is core to our mission. We are looking for an intern who can make impactful contributions to our device's core features and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Working directly on our device client code that sits on the Nvidia Jetson
• Working on device I/O with factory systems like PLC's
• Building automation infrastructure to run SITL and HITL testing

Helpful Experience

• Python 3 development
• Worked on embedded devices like Jetson or Raspberry Pi
• Deploying into edge environments using Docker
• Linux system development, command line and shell scripting
• Comfortable debugging basic electronics. Use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
