Reports to: Head of Customer Success
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Customer Success Manager to own post-sale success for enterprise customers in a regulated healthcare environment. This role is focused on onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion, with a strong emphasis on driving customer outcomes and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, biased toward action, and willing to roll up your sleeves to solve hard problems alongside customers and internal teams to translate customer needs into product improvements.
