Entrepreneurship can be a long, gruelling, and lonely journey. There are times when everything seems to be going downhill and nothing is going right. There are times where depression creeps in and one feels ready to give up. 

During times like these, seeking newfound perspective and immersing oneself in a different environment can serve very valuable to both the entrepreneur as well as the company. This is exactly what QUEST Entrepreneur Mastery (QEM) hopes to achieve with their newly launched travel programme for entrepreneurs.

Announced earlier today, QEM will be organizing an “Entrepreneurs Retreat” this coming September (2017) with the aim of bringing together 80 adventurous entrepreneurs across Malaysia and Singapore exclusively at Golden Sands Resort, Batu Ferringhi Penang - a 5-star resort by the beach in Penang, Malaysia. Participants will come from East Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Singapore, Klang Valley, and Penang respectively.

QEM, who has been running entrepreneurship-related events for many years hopes to bring a more immersive experience to fellow participants this time around - an experience they believe would have a radically different impact compared to the conferences and business networking events that they've held previously.

The retreat, which is the marriage of a fun-filled, enjoyable experience together with business development elements will include the following activities:

Business Tours - Participants will be brought around to explore various business locations in Penang where they will gain market knowledge and valuable connections.

Insights and Learning - Many successful entrepreneurs who are experts in their respective fields have been invited to participate in the retreat as mentors, who will be sharing their valuable insights and experiences with fellow participants at the retreat.

Gala Dinner - At the peak of the event is a formal dinner banquet at the hotel ballroom with great food, exciting performances, and an awards ceremony.

The cost for the retreat starts at RM1499 (~USD350) for existing QEM members, and RM1599 (~USD370) for early bird registrations. Registrations close by 15th August, 2017. The retreat is currently only open to participants from Malaysia and Singapore. Participants who sign up for the retreat will also automatically receive a year's worth of membership privileges (valued at RM880).
