Today we're launching 'Tap to Meet Up' - a brand new feature that will allow anyone on BEAM to easily get a professional introduction with someone they'd like to meet up with, all in just a tap of a button.

This new addition is focused on facilitating collaborations by speeding up both the communication and the introductory process, especially between startups and professionals.

The 'Meet Up' button will appear next to the 'Message' button on the profile.

The 'Meet Up' feature will be available today on both the BEAM App and website. A new 'Meet Up' button can now be found next to the Message button on any BEAM user's profile.

Meet Up on the BEAM App

Upon tapping the 'Meet Up' button, BEAM will automatically perform an introduction between both parties, allowing them to take the conversation further to schedule an appointment. To ensure the quality of appointments, users will be limited to 3 'Meet Up' requests daily, with the limit increasing as the account ages.

Users will also have the option to disable (or mute) this feature by enabling/disabling it in the profile settings panel on both the web and mobile application.
