AI Rudder, a Singapore-based voice artificial intelligence startup, has raised US$50 million in a Series B round of funding.
The voice-based AI startup was founded by Teng Ren and Kun Wu in 2019, to offer solutions for business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions.
Currently, the platform supports more than 15 languages and plans to add more languages like Arabic, Korean, Japanese, and Portuguese.
AI Rudder also plans to add new features, such as multi-factor authentication and integrations with customer relationship management platforms in the near future.
The founder claims that its product is used by more than 200 companies around the world with clients including Kredivo’s FinAccel and Danafix.
"Advancements in the machine and deep learning technologies are opening new possibilities for voice AI to be more human-like. This fresh infusion of capital will support continuous enhancements to our suite of products, enabling our clients to deliver more frictionless digital experiences to their customers," said Kun Wu, co-founder and managing director of AI Rudder.
In the last 12 months, AI Rudder has raised a total of US$60 million in funding.
Last November, the startup secured US$10 million in Series A led by Sequoia Capital India and Sequoia China Seed Fund.
