Glassdoor has released its list of best places to work in 2022.

The companies included in the list are US-based with a mix of large and small companies. 

To curate this list, Glassdoor was equipped with a proprietary algorithm to evaluate companies based on these several requirements: 

• A minimum quota of 75 employee reviews 
• One year review point from October 2020 to October 2021
• Workplace dimensions ranging from senior management, compensation, work-life balance, and so forth

The company awarded 1st place in this list is NVIDIA which also has a past track record of maintaining its position in the list.

"The leadership at NVIDIA is top notch and they genuinely care about their employees. During COVID we had constant communication from our CEO, I feel supported and have job security. I can see myself working here for the rest of my career," stated a review by a current account manager with 3 years experience in the company.
