Logisly, an Indonesian B2B online logistics platform, has raised $6 million in Series A funding from Monk's Hill Ventures.
The company had also previously raised a seed round led by SeedPlus back in August last year.
Founded in 2019, Logisly is a digital solution that connects shippers with trucking companies from a network of corporate carriers.
The platform uses an algorithm to aggregate supply and demand for trucking, by providing shippers with trucks powered by real-time tracking and online proof of delivery. It also offers truck providers a facility to utilize vacant trucks and receive payment.
The company claims to have a network of more than 40,000 trucks, serving over 300 corporate shippers from sectors like consumer goods, chemicals, construction, and ecommerce. Some of their clients include corporates like Unilever, JD.ID, Grab, Maersk, and many others.
With the new funds, Logisly will focus on scaling their operations in Indonesia by growing its sales and vendor acquisition teams .
The company eventually aims to serve as a single point of contact for everything logistics, ranging from orders, payment, and tech support for shippers and truck providers.
