Singapore-based telehealth startup, Doctor Anywhere, has raised USD $27 million in a Series B funding round, despite the slowing global economy. 

The round was led by Square Peg, EDBI, and IHH Healthcare.

Started in 2016, Doctor Anywhere is a tech-led health and wellness company, that connects a registered doctor to users anytime, anywhere, with medication delivered directly to users' doorsteps.

The funds raised will be used to further strengthen its presence in Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, and to expand into new potential markets such as Malaysia and Philippines this 2020.
