MaGIC connects entrepreneurs with ecosystem influencers and industry leaders by providing an exchange platform for creativity, innovation, and social impact with the 4 value-packed days event, Entrepreneurial Nation (E-Nation) Symposium.

With the goal to nurture collaboration in boosting the nation’s entrepreneurial space, MaGIC successfully signed three memoranda of understanding (MoU) on the launching day:

1. Citrine Capital Sdn Bhd - represented by their Managing Partner, Yew Jian Li

2. Herriot-Watt University Malaysia Sdn Bhd - represented by Provost & Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Mushtak Al-Atabi

3. Genasthim - represented by CEO & Founder, Thomas Ng

MaGIC’s CEO, Dzuleira Abu Bakar noted that the 5th revolution — a revolution where man and machine co-work for a drastically efficient means of production — may have been underway, despite a lot of companies are just about to adopt Industry 4.0 Principles, and these revolutions are only possible with entrepreneurship.

 

According to the Minister of Entrepreneur Development, YB Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof, the nation needs to increase the tech-skilled workforce from 18% to 35% by embodying innovative thinking and multi-disciplinary knowledge to realize Malaysia as an Entrepreneurial nation by 2030.

Over 2,000 people participate in the whole event in MaGIC Campus, Cyberjaya — featuring 8 keynote sessions with over 40 renowned speakers in the entrepreneurship space, E-Nation fest encompassing career fair and startup exhibition, and e-sport tournaments like PUBG Mobile Tournament and Mobile Legend League Tournament.

YB Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof said:
