JCI Lead Tropicana aims to encourage the growth of youth entrepreneurship & create awareness of intrapreneurship in workplace via NECC on 10th August 2019 held at Mines.

NECC (New Entrepreneur Championship Conference) 2019 empowers youths to drive change and boost entrepreneur qualities, enhance their soft skills to success in the workplace and in life.

Its vission is to empower young active citizen to achieve their full potential, be a part of the contributor to nation’s growing economy.

Happening for it's second year now, the event expects to bring more than 500 attendees ranging from entrepreneurs, industry players, representatives from governments/corporates, and technology enthusiasts.

This year, the event will feature various speakers such as YB Syed Saddiq, Kent Chua from Rhombus Group, CK Chang from OxWhite, Chen Chow from fave, Melvin Poh from The Asian Entrepreneur and more.

The event will also include plenty of networking opportunities.
