Co-Founded Bluetree Network. Company has grown from 2 to 300 employees in 6 years. Currently 45MM in yearly revenue. Focus is now on starting "Natural Body Trust" to put nature / natural bodies in co-founder role with high growth companies for the benefit of both. Also interested in investment opportunities and consulting roles with early stage companies. Consulting particularly focused on the use of stock options to align incentives with early employees and reduce the need for outside capital - this was critical in the growth and success of Bluetree. Would like to spread this model to other values-aligned startups.
