Here are some good job posting sites you can check out that let you post unlimited number of jobs:

  • Indeed - Free to post as many as you want, but only effective if you pay for ads.
  • LinkedIn - Your first job is free and you can repost it as many times as you want. Doesn't count as unlimited, but it is effective.
  • Facebook Jobs - You can post an unlimited number of jobs on your page. So far it hasn't been very effective for me, but some of my friends have had pretty decent results. It highly depends on the job and the country you're targeting. Seems better for odd jobs / part time jobs.
  • Jobstreet - A high traffic job site from Malaysia. Pretty good for hiring full time positions in Singapore too.
  • Glints - A great place to hire interns. You can also use it to hire many other positions, but they specialize in internships.
  • Snaphunt - A fairly new job site that's gaining momentum in Southeast Asia.
  • BEAMSTART Jobs (this site) - You can post as many jobs as you want for a fixed membership fee. You also get to participate in community discussions and build your thought leadership profile in the business space.

Marketing

I think one way to get your jobs out there is to take advantage of Google for Jobs.

What you can do is set up a Wordpress site and add the Google for Jobs schema as part of each individual job page.

Not only is this extremely cheap (or free in some cases), you own the site, and it could even be a business!

Just use LinkedIn and pay for it.

They have the highest conversion rates and applicants come in very fast.

At the end of the day, would you rather try to get something free and spend a long time getting results or just spend some money to save time?

The other alternative is to post a job here on BEAMSTART if you already have a membership (you paid for it, might as well use it) - jobs automatically show up on multiple sites (ie: Google for Jobs), although it is still a lot slower than LinkedIn.
