How can startups get involved during this space race era ?

I am an endeavor of aerospace & astronomy beside what I do. I am not sure how, but I have some food for thought regarding this topic.

• "Artificial sun" / Clean nuclear fusion energy, is developing fast by many nations. It could possible change the way human generate & consume energy. The best fuel for this technology is helium-3, theoretically possible to give 50X efficiency compared to existing nuclear technology. 
  
• Lunar soil / Helium-3, our Lunar Moon could be very rich in helium-3 by natural. Nation like Japan is exploring the technology to mine asteroids. Moon-base is also proposed recently.
  
• FAST, largest radio telescope located in China, has broken the record of pulsar discoveries in human history in just 1 year time since its operational. Scientists believe pulsar discoveries could lead to mapping of the universe,  "GPS for universe". China is going to put 5 more FASTs.
• Webb Telescope is bringing human to a new journey of exploring further in the unknown universe that no human has seen before.
