As businesses move online, HR startup Swingvy expands aggressively into Taiwan.

As the pandemic accelerates digital transformation of businesses across the globe, human resources tech startup, Swingvy, is playing an integral part in helping them make that shift effortlessly.

In a recent announcement to the media, the company announced that they have recently expanded into Taiwan, bringing onboard a new general manager, Dalton Hsu, just one year after raising $7 million in venture capital financing.

Swingvy's Product

Swingvy has also launched a new payroll product for the Taiwanese market, with many automated features developed to cater to the local market's needs and labour compliance laws.

This will allow employers to run payroll and issue digital payslips instantly and accurately to their employees, calculated according to employee details, while minimising manual payment miscalculation errors.

Since it's inception, Swingvy has been growing 300% year-on-year, and presently serves 8,000 clients across 3 countries, adding 1500 new clients in just 5 months.

With digitalisation on the rise, the company aims to aggressively expand into more markets across the APAC region, and increasing their customer base to 10,000 clients by end of 2020.

"We are excited to officially launch Swingvy in Taiwan, and help even more SMEs solve their HR problems with our solution. Taiwan has great market potential for us, with more than 1.4 million SMEs employing about 80% of the workforce, and 100,000 new SMEs emerging yearly -- we want to capitalise on this and become the market leader in Taiwan", mentioned Jin Choeh, Co-Founder and CEO, Swingvy.
"Taiwan has strict labour laws, especially when it comes to HR matters. I am pleased that Swingvy now meets all necessary compliance criteria, and can officially launch our products in the market. I am proud to be a part of the team, and am looking forward to making Swingvy the Taiwanese SME’s HR tech platform of choice", said Dalton Hsu, Taiwan General Manager, Swingvy.
